Add Table Join Relationships

Table join relationships indicate how table fields are connected. Table join relationships must be manually added to System Types.

To add table join relationships:

  1. Click Common > System Types in Navigation pane.

  2. Click Tables icon for a System Type.

  3. Click Joins icon for System Type table.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Select the table on left side of join from LEFT SYSTEM TYPE TABLE ID combo box.
  6. Select the table on right side of join from RIGHT SYSTEM TYPE TABLE ID combo box.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Fields icon for join.

  9. Click Add.

  10. Enter order in which joins occur in PRIORITY field.
  11. Select the table field on left side of join from LEFT SYSTEM TYPE TABLE FIELD ID list box.
  12. Select the table field on right side of join from RIGHT SYSTEM TYPE TABLE FIELD ID list box.
  13. Select type of join from TYPE list box.
  14. Click Save.
