All Actionable Reports H
Use this page to View List of Actionable Reports and Report Run Historical Record Count.
To access this page in Transform:
- Select My Reports > All Reports in the Navigation pane.
- Click the Actionable Reports icon for the desired Object.
NOTE: After a user clicks the Access Report icon and then clicks the View Report icon, the records for the selected report display in the child pane. This page is also called All Actionable Reports, but the fields on this page update based on the errors on the target reports.

Publish Selected To Quick List |
Click to publish the selected report to the current user’s Report Quick List page. |
Remove Selected From Quick List |
Click to remove the selected report from the current user’s Report Quick List page. |
PRIORITY |
Displays the Business User Priority. The options are:

REPORT TYPE |
Displays the report type. |
OBJECT |
Displays the parent object |
SOURCE |
Displays the parent source (if any). |
TARGET |
Displays the parent target |
REPORT NAME |
Displays the name of the report. |
DESCRIPTION |
Displays the report description. |
RECORD COUNT |
Displays the record count for the most recent cached run of the report |
QUICK LIST |
If checked, the report has been added to the quick list. If unchecked, the report has not been added to the quick list. |
GENERATED |
Displays the last date/time the report .xlsx file was generated. |
PUBLISHED |
Displays the last date/time the report .xlsx file was published. |
Access Report |
Click to generate a new .xlsx file that can be viewed in the DSP® and downloaded. The View Report and Download buttons will become enabled. |
Download Report |
Click to download the report. |
View Report |
Click to display the report results in the DSP®. |
History |
Click to open the Report Run Historical Record Count chart to view the number of records returned each time the report was processed. |

Implication |
Displays an explanation of what the report means to the business. |
Recommendation |
Displays notes regarding recommendations for fixing the errors (if any) returned by the report. |
Access |

Sensitive |
Displays a locked icon if the report contains sensitive data. An Administrator configures this setting per report. |
All Access |
Displays a key icon if the user has access to all of the sensitive data on a report. |
