Archived Request Roles

To access this page:

Field	Description
ROLE ID	Displays the name of the role assigned to the selected archived request.
DEPENDENCY COMPLETE	If enabled, all dependent roles for the selected role were finished when the request was archived.
FINISHED ON	Displays the date and time the role was finished. If this field is blank, the role was not finished.
FINISHED BY	Displays the name of the user who finished the role. If the field displays “process" the role was auto finished. If the field is blank, the role was not finished.
Tasks	Click to open the Archived Request Role Task page to view the tasks associated with the selected role for the archived request.
Role Log	Click to open the Archived Request Role Log page to view details about the selected role for the archived request.
Role SLA	Click to open the Archived Request Role SLA page to view details about the selected roles SLA requirements.
