Copy Plan

Use this page to Copy Plans.

To access this page:

  1. Select Track > Project from the Navigation pane.
  2. Click Plans for a project.
  3. Select a plan NAME.
  4. Click Copy Plan.

Copy Plan

Click to copy the plan after selecting copy options.

Copy Users

If enabled, users assigned to all tasks in the plan are included in the copied plan.

Copy Dependencies

If enabled, task dependencies for all tasks in the plan are included in the copied plan.

Copy Tags

If enabled, tags assigned to all tasks in the plan are included in the copied plan.

Copy Plan Rules

If enabled, Work List Event rules for the plan are included in the copied plan.

Copy Task Rules

If enabled, Work List Event rules for all tasks in the plan are included in the copied plan.

Copy Plan Validations

If enabled, Work List Event validations for the plan are included in the copied plan.

Copy Task Validations

If enabled, Work List Event validations for all tasks in the plan are included in the copied plan.

Task Copy Suffix

Displays the suffix appended to all copied tasks in the plan. If no suffix is entered, the copied tasks will retain their original names.

Name

Displays the name of the copied plan. If no name is entered, the default naming convention is [original plan name](Copy).
