Description

Click to create a position based on a copy of the selected position.

Displays the name of the new position created as a result of copying the setup of an existing position.

If enabled, the roles are copied to the new position.

NOTE: If Copy Roles is enabled and Copy Org Units is not enabled, only the role assignments are copied. Role level org unit assignments and read-only/editable settings for roles and role level org units assignments are not copied.

NOTE: If the Copy Role and Copy Org Units check boxes are both enabled, the role-level org unit assignments, the read-only/editable settings for roles and the org units at the role level, and the position-level category org unit assignments are copied. Refer to Configure Org Unit Value Assignments for Roles at the Role Level and Configure the Read-Only/Editable setting for Org Unit Value Assignments for Roles for more information.

If enabled, the category org units included for the selected position are copied to the new position.

NOTE: If the Copy Org Units check box is enabled, the position-level category org units are copied to the new position. The user must select Copy Roles to copy the role level org unit assignments to the new position.

If enabled, the business processes included for the selected position are copied to the new position.

If enabled, the users included for the selected position are copied to the new position.
