Data Source Column Encryption

Use this page to:

• Encrypt Password for CranSoft® Data Source

• Encrypt a Column

To access this page:

1. Select Admin > Data Sourcesin the Navigation pane.

2. Click the Encryption icon.

Field	Description
TABLE NAME	Displays the name of the table that contains the column where the data will be encrypted.
COLUMN NAME	Displays the column name within the TABLE NAME. This is the column that will be encrypted.
KEY ID	Displays the name of the encryption key as defined on Admin > Configuration > Encryption > Encryption Keys.
ENCRYPTION STATE ID	Displays the current state of the encrypted column.
ENCRYPTION	Click to enable or disable encryption for the column. If enabled, the button reads “Disabled.” If disabled, the button reads “Enable.”
