Request (Role View Filter)

Use this page to Build a Mass Change Where Clause or while importing a view at the Request-Role level.

To access this page:

  1. Select dspCompose > Requests in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click Roles for the request.
  3. Click Vertical View for the role that allows data entry.
  4. Click View Where Clause Builder.

Field

Description

COLUMN NAME

Displays column name used in the comparison operation to limit data within the view being changed by the Mass Change process, or displays the column used to form the where clause when importing a view at the request role level.

CONDITIONAL

Displays operation used if a comparison between two fields is required for filtering data when importing data at the request role level, or when building a where clause to be used for Mass Change.

VALUE

Displays mass change value used as the filtered value or the value to use when filtering data during import.
