Review Role Audit Details H
Use this page to View the Changes for a Request as the Review Role.
To access this page:
- Click dspConduct > Requests in the Navigation pane.
- Click Roles for a request.
- Click the Tasks icon for the Review role.
- Click the Review Changes icon for a task.

Description |

REQUEST ID |
Displays the unique ID generated by the system for the request. |
|
KEY TO RECORD |
Displays the key values of the record. Each key value is separated by the pipe character ( | ). NOTE: This field displays if the Primary Key check box is checked on the Audit Table Column Registration page. |

TABLE NAME |
Displays the name of the table in the Con tent WebApp that contains data to be audited. |
|
COLUMN NAME |
Displays the technical column name containing the data that was updated. |
|
DESCRIPTION |
Displays the column description of the column containing the data that was updated. |

PREVIOUS VALUE |
Displays the data in the column before the update was made. If the change type is insert, this column is blank. |
|
NEW VALUE |
Displays the data in the column after the record was updated. If the change type is delete, the column is blank. |
|
CHANGED ON |
Displays the date the data was changed. |
|
CHANGED BY |
Displays the user ID of the user who changed the data or “process” if the change was made by the system. |
|
CHANGE TYPE |
Displays the type of change: insert, update, or delete. |

Displays the unique ID generated for the audit record. |

Task Id |
Displays the name of the task that is used by the request. |

Column Page Id
|
Displays the page ID for the page where the changes were made, if that page is different than the task page i.e., if the page is a child page. A parent page is not accessed from another page. A child page is accessed directly from a parent page. |
