Target Dependency Relationship

Use this page to Set Target Dependencies.

To access this page:

  1. Select dspMigrate in the Navigation pane.
  2. Select Design in the Context bar.
  3. Click the Targetsicon on the Design page.
  4. Click the Dependencies icon for a Target.
  5. Click the Relationships icon for a dependency.

Field

Description

PARENT TARGET ID

Displays the name of the Target table, as set on the Target Dependencies page, that has a parent relationship to the selected table (as in, the selected Target is a child of this Target).

PARENT FIELD

Displays the name of the field in the parent table that contains the data for the dependency.

Active and inactive fields can be selected in this list box.

OPERATOR

Displays = once the record is saved. This is the only operator allowed.

CHILD TARGET ID

Displays the name of the table selected on the Targets page.

CHILD FIELD

Displays the name of the field in the child table that contains the data for the dependency.

Active and inactive fields can be selected in this list box.

DESCRIPTION

Displays a user-entered description of the relationship.
