Target Reports Segments

Use this page to view target report segments while Creating Target Report Segments.

To access this page:

  1. Access Transform.
  2. Click the Targets icon on the Process Area Launch page.
  3. Click the Reports icon for a Target.
  4. Click the Vertical View icon for a specified report.
  5. Click the Segments icon.

Field

Description

SEGMENT BY FIELD

Displays the report field whose distinct values will determine the number of segments and in turn the segment value for each segment.

SEGMENT BY VALUE

Displays the value from the Segment By Field used to filter the records of the segmented report.

RECORD COUNT

Displays the total number of records in a report segment.

FILE LOCATION

Click to download a report file containing the contents of a given Report Segment. It downloads to the local machine. This is not a CranSoft configurable option.
