User Template Role Access

Use this page to

• Add Users to Templates

• Grant Template Access at the Global Level

To access this page:

1. Select dspCompose > Configuration > Users from Navigation pane.
2. Click Templates for a user.

Field	Description
TEMPLATE	Displays name of template for which security is to be set.
ROLE ID	Displays role for the template.
ACCESS	Displays the current state of security of the template role for the user. Values are: Granted and Denied.
Grant	Click to grant user access to the template role. If the icon is active, the user does not have access to the template role. If the icon is inactive, the user does have access to the template role. By default, a user is denied access to all templates. However, if a user creates a template, that user is granted access to all template roles by default.
Deny	Click to deny user access to the template role. If the icon is active, the user has access to the template role. If the icon is inactive, the user does not have access to the template role. By default, a user is denied access to all templates.
