Business Process (Scenario Roles)

Use this page to configure SLA settings at the business process scenario role level.

To access this page:

  1. Select dspConduct > Design in the Navigation pane
  2. Click the Business Processes icon.
  3. Click the Scenarios icon.
  4. Click Roles SLA.

Field

Description

SCENARIO ID

Displays the scenario in the business process to which this SLA applies.

ROLE ID

Displays the role in scenario to which this SLA applies.

WORK MINUTES

Displays the number of days that all of the tasks in the role must be executed to meet the SLA.

NOTE: Leave blank to default to the values set up at the scenario. Refer to Set up SLA notifications in dspConduct™ for more information.

NOTE: When a role is imported from IGC™ and this field is blank in dspConduct™, the value entered in IGC™ is used. If this field already contains a value in dspConduct™, this value is not updated

WORK HOURS

Displays the number of hours that all of the tasks in the role must be executed to meet the SLA.

NOTE: Leave blank to default to the values set up at the scenario. Refer to Set up SLA notifications in dspConduct™ for more information.

NOTE: When a role is imported from IGC™ and this field is blank in dspConduct™, the value entered in IGC™ is used. If this field already contains a value in dspConduct™, this value is not updated

WORK DAYS

Displays the number of minutes that all of the tasks in the role must be executed to meet the SLA.

NOTE: Leave blank to default to the values set up at the scenario. Refer to Set up SLA notifications in dspConduct™ for more information.
