Late Task

Use this page to View Late Tasks.

To access this page:

  1. Click Track > Project in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click Plans for a project.
  3. Click Vertical View for a plan.
  4. Click the Additional Information tab.
  5. Click Late Tasks.

Field

Description

PROJECT

Displays the name of the project to which the late task belongs.

PLAN

Displays the name of the plan to which the late task belongs.

NAME

Displays the late task’s name.

TASK STATUS

Displays the task status. Values are:

  • Ready – The task has been created, but work on the task has not yet begun.
  • Waiting on Dependency – The task cannot start until a predecessor task has started or finished (based on the task’s dependency type).
  • In Progress – Work on a task has started.

PLANNED START DATE

Displays the date the task is supposed to start according to the project plan.

PLANNED FINISH DATE

Displays the date the task is supposed to finish according to the project plan.

ACTUAL START DATE

Displays the date work on the task actually started, which may be different than the planned start date.

Escalation Email

Click to open the Late Task Escalation page to send an escalation email to the managers assigned to the Escalation process.
