Position User
Use this page to configure users in a position.
To access this page:
- Select dspConduct >Security in the Navigation pane.
- Click the Users icon for a position.

Click to include one or more users selected on the page in the position. |
Remove |
Click to remove one or more users selected on the page from the position. |
Assign Calendar |
Click to open the User Management page in Common to assign a calendar to the selected user. |
USER ID |
Displays the user ID. |
CALENDAR ID |
Displays the calendar to which the user is assigned. NOTE: All users in the position must have the calendar specified at the Position level. Calendars are maintained and users are assigned to calendars in Common. Refer to Use a Calendar for more information. |
INCLUDED |
If enabled, the user is included in the position. If disabled, the user is not included in the position. |
